About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Bajantube Max, operated by Bajantube. By using Max, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact support@bajantube.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bajantube Max and meet any higher minimum age required by law where you live. People under 18 may not use Max, including with permission from a parent or guardian.

Provide accurate account information and keep your email and linked sign-in accounts secure. Do not impersonate another person, share access to restricted content, or use someone else’s account without permission. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Access and permitted use

Max provides access to videos, photos, albums and other content, including exclusive material. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to view content through the service for lawful, non-commercial use. Availability of particular posts or features may change.

Do not scrape, bulk download, redistribute, sell or publicly re-upload content without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Do not bypass sign-in, access controls or delivery restrictions, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorised to use. Sharing the post’s link using the app’s sharing tools is permitted.

Comments and community conduct

You are responsible for comments, replies and other contributions you submit. Only submit material you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, private personal information, spam or material that infringes another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your contributions. You give Bajantube a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display them as needed to operate, moderate and provide Max. This does not transfer ownership to us.

We may moderate or remove contributions and restrict, suspend or block accounts for violations, abuse, legal requirements or risks to other people or the service. To report content or ask us to review a restriction, contact support@bajantube.com with the relevant post link and details.

Instagram, Facebook and other services

Some posts originate on other platforms. Links to comment on those posts open the original platform; those comments are governed by that platform’s rules. Max’s own comment section is separate. Third-party sign-in and linked services remain subject to their providers’ terms.

Content and intellectual property

Bajantube and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in the app, branding, photos, videos and other published material. Access to content does not transfer those rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@bajantube.com with the post link, your contact details and an explanation of your rights and the issue.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Max available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free playback. Network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance and third-party services can affect your experience. Streaming media uses data; your network provider’s charges may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that every item will remain available or meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Leaving Max and changes to these terms

You can stop using Max at any time. To request account deletion, email privacy@bajantube.com. Deletion requests are handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. The updated date appears above. We will give notice of material changes where required. These terms do not override protections available to you under applicable law.
